I do have a friend who brews his own beer. He's won some award for the beer too. I've tasted it, and it's pretty good, not that I'm much of a beer drinker. He's also a Dotable client too, so I'll tell him about this thread.

![]() So what's it cost per glass? Have you worked it out? Takes me back to when I was a kid, and my dad used to make Ginger Beer and I remember a few bottles exploding under the house. That was a heck of a mess. ![]() |

Well, I am doing the brew in Singapore, probably a little more expensive than what you guys will face in Australia.
The total price for all the ingredients is about S$70. And this is for 23 litres of beer - so about 30 bottles of 740ml beer. |

About so. But of course, it depends on the size of the glass. Some dudes like their glass BIG like those German guys! lol
But yes, it's relatively cheaper. Singapore tax on alcohol is very high. About S$5-6 per 740ml bottle? |
