Domain Name question
I was asked this today... and I honestly dont know the answer, so I thought id ask here.
If person A buys a domain then changes the owner/contact details of the name to person B... whose is the domain legally? Theoretically of course person A could change the owner/contact details back to themself at any time. Id like to make it clear im not person A or B

I believe ICANN and most registrars would go by the owner/contact information to determine who the owner is. If I were the new owner listed in the whois, I would immediately transfer the domain to my own registrar to avoid any potential reversal of the change by the old owner.
