EUrid does allow it. They say it's the same as for other top level registries, and must be initiated from the gaining registrar.

There are differences all over the place and I can never work out whether it's eNom's fault or differences between the registries.

If I change my address, my .org domains never get changed and they say it's because my "telephone number is not in a valid format". A number is a number and it's certainly valid!

My .com and .net domains update fine.

For my .co.uk domains I have to contact eNom and ask them to manually change them with the registry which can take 10 days and they often forget, necessitating me contacting them every few days to remind them. It took many weeks last year to find out that one as most of the support staff were unaware of it. Consequently I've kept hold of the ticket numbers and the emails containing the information, just in case I come across one who doesn't know.

.eu domains they say you cannot even change your address at the registry as the registry doesn't allow it. Yet, I have emailed EUrid and they say they certainly do and you can. But, it must be done through your registrar's interface.

All that makes for a very frustrated Josh

I've waited 3 days for a response to my ticket with Planet Domain now. Is that the norm?

Even then, the answer seems wrong as they have said they do accept incoming .eu transfers, but the page on their site dealing with incoming transfers does not mention .eu as one of the accepted extensions.

Depends on urgency of ticket tbh - I've had tickets responded to within 1 - 2 hours for more important issues, but the average low priority stuff normally takes 3 or 4 days.

They took 4 days to answer again. Apparently they can transfer .eu domains, they just don't say so on their site

Josh, yeah, I've found their support response times very slow. I wish we hosts could get away with 4 day response times.

j/k
