Greetings All,
I'm having support problems with my current registrar Registerfly.com. Does anyone use a low-cost domain name registrar that actually handles support well? I'd like to find somewhere that will actually respond to support requests in a timely fashion. Thanks, Shepherdboy |

No offense to Gerrit but I find Noooo Daddy to be terrible compared to omnis.com Noooo Daddy sends me tons of ads and when I want to access my accounts I have to go through all kinds of offers that I don't want before I can actually complete my task/tasks. Omnis on the other hand, is $1 cheaper for dotcoms and I receive no ads plus I can login to my accounts and back out with zero ads. Omnis all the way for me and I'm not connected with them in any way other than having a few domains registered with them.
Forgot to mention that support was great the one time I needed it with Omnis. |

I guess I'm really interested in the support experience people have had with their registrar. Most registrars seem to be great...until you have a support issue. You can find complaints about lack of support (mostly extreme delays in solving a problem) against most registrars.
I'd be willing to go up in price a little from the $7 and $8 registrars if I knew there was support there to back me up if there was a problem. I certainly don't want to pay more for the same flaky support as the cheap services. I'm currently standing on the deck of the sinking Registerfly.com. (If you don't know all the drama, search Google on "registerfly meltdown" or visit registerflies.com.) This is the second registrar that I've been with that has had major problems impacting customers domains. It took me 3 weeks the first time to get my problems sorted out and I had a site down for 1 week. This time I've lost one domain due to the registrar being unable (unwilling?) to renew it. Still trying to figure out how to get that back. I'm just looking for a reasonable-cost place to safely store my domains. Shepherdboy |

I have used several registrars in the past and have now settled with Enom. RegistryFly was a Enon reseller. I have many domains. There has been no problem with Enom. Please note that I am an Enom ETP reseller. If I can be of assistance to you with either a retail or reseller account please let me know by PM.

I'm in the same boat as Gerrit. I use GoDaddy and have never had any issues. Granted I only have a few domains so I cannot say how support is.
In the past, I did use Network Solutions. Expensive but the few times I did use support (pasword issues), it was stellar.
