Firstly, we're a forum, a community. I pioneered this platform, and was the first host to use such a platform as the main site. There's no flashy in your face graphics and no cleverly conceived deceptive ad copy. We spend very little on marketing and our philosophy is to provide the highest levels of service to our current customers, and this will drive new growth. While most hosts are resellers, or lease their servers from other hosts, we own all our equipment, from servers to switches etc. They are all securely housed in the Dotable locking cabinet. Owning our own equipment gives us more control, as we are not at the mercy of a server supplier. We control our own servers, and this means Dotable clients receive superior quality, reliability and performance.

Our backend systems are customer friendly, while at the same being robust and scalable. Our billing system is also very customer friendly. We offer the flexibility of different payment options, such as credit card, PayPal, cheque, money order or Western Union wire transfer. We also offer a choice of payment terms, from monthly, 3 monthly (2.5% discount), 6 monthly (5% discount) and 12 monthly (10% discount) terms.
