Hi Bob
Sorry to hear about the problems.
Although the HTTP websites and the POP3 mailboxes on Jupiter currently both return an error, the status page shows only MySQL as being out of service. Do you think it would be possible to increase the accuracy of the status page, after the current issues are resolved?
Thanks
Hal

Oh well, could be local for me then. I got some Alertra SMSs and can't access from here, so made a quick announcement.

A new status page is in the works, but if a server is down, it's down, no matter what the status page shows. It has problems when there are a few servers down, as we are experiencing some network issues for some folks.

Bob
In hindsight after my previous request, maybe this is a routing issue close to the datacentre network, as Alertra's spotcheck shows problems accessing my sites from all except London and Shanghai.
I still can't access the site, just like you.
Cheers for keeping us updated.
