Is there something we need to do to start getting stats again?

Mine haven't been updated for a little over 2 days now.

cheers

How about allowing us to update twice per day instead of just once?

Basically, so we don't get the servers being bogged down with stats processing when users update their stats themselves multiple times per day.
Once a day for stats is sufficient and more server friendly.

I thought there used to be a problem with webalizer and it being too resource intensive. Was that problem fixed?

Webalizer doesn't cause us any undue issues, especially now as most domains only use awstats.

You can select webalizer if you want however as well.

I am looking for the spot in cPanel to select the stats program that was supposed to be there after this upgrade. I can't seem to find it. For the particular account I am looking at I have rvlightblue for the theme. Can someone point me to the correct page?

Scroll down the main cPanel page, towards the bottom left there should be a section called "Analysis and Log files". Then click the option called "Statistic Log Configuration".

The path after the cPanel theme in the URL is statmanager/index.html

If its not there, maybe it is not enabled in the feature list or something. Try switching to another theme to see if it is there.

Dave,

Check the rvskin featurelist that you have setup for your clients and enable the stats ones. That should solve it.
