None of these ever really help me much to be honest. Most of it you can do yourself very easily.

Hmmm, I don't agree at all about the paper advertising, but it's the holiday season so I'll let that fly past me...

And I'm biased as I work in that area, but in the holiday spirit, my two most used Firefox extensions:
