It`s a question that gets asked millions of times on various hosting forums, usually by teenage kids looking for a free ticket desk to install on their mega hosting projects! I hate to be one to ask this but.....
Has anyone used any of the free helpdesks that are floating around? I`ve looked at Ceberus but it`s way too much for what I need. I see Support Trio offers a limited free license and looks quite nice. I need something light, not overly bloated. Just a basic ticket desk, can create a couple of departments, one piped email address is enough, also preferably with a faqs module built in. Ideally nice clean code, css and can be themed via header/footer. Surprisingly, this is not for a hosting business but for a domain that is offering a subscription based geo-sciences datacentre. |

One of my favorites is oneorzero.com
There's a free version and a paid (the free being a version behind the paid generally). It's pretty easy to customise the look and feel of and easy to use.

I posted this somewhere else... I really enjoyed the free Cerberus license. Even though it was overkill, I quickly found use for the extra feature.
you can try pmos (free ) which is also being illegally resold as inverseflow helpdesk. www.h2desk.com/pmos/ |
