Admittedly I'm having a bad day. Only slept for around 2 hours and got a mounting pile of work. Spilt a pot of coffee everywhere and kicked over my guitar. Not a good start to the day.

In my frustration I decided to try OpenOffice; I was getting increasingly irate with flaws in MS Office, particularly Word and it's inability to do the simplest of tasks. In the hour or so I've been tinkering, I'm now so angry that I didn't make the move sooner!

Its also free... but not as good as MS really in many ways IMO.
I know of at least 3 BIG companies that use it all the time on over 200 pcs in each company (cheapskates).

200 PCs x MS Licence fee = Substantial Saving

Admittedly I've not uninstalled Office yet and I don't think I will completely. But, I'm certainly using it less and less now.
