I'm not sure of reason behind the lack of reply from Matt at WHMCS but I can say his system is exceptional. Not only does it do what it is supposed to but month after month it continually gets better and better as new releases are introduced. I've tried a number of hosting/domain systems and for me this really is the only one worth considering.
Support is also exceptional when you have a licence. I'll raise a support ticket over at WHMCS to see if I can encourage Matt to get in touch. |
