All Dotable recurring billing takes place on the 1st of each month. If your credit card or PayPal is declined for this recurring transaction, the system will email you and ask you to log into your Billing account and pay your outstanding invoice. If you pay manually with your PayPal, you need to pay your invoice upon receival. If invoices are not paid by the 10th of the month, your account will be suspended. If you're having problems with paying, let us know, and we can work something out. We know things come up from time to time, and we're more than willing to work with you, rather than suspend your account for late payment. If your account has been suspended for non-payment, you will need to pay your outstanding invoice/s, and then contact us on the Dotable helpdesk. We will then reactivate your account. |
