Default Submitting a Support or Billing ticket

To receive Technical or Billing support, access the Dotable helpdesk. If you're having problems accessing the Helpdesk, read here.

(1). Once you're logged into your Dotable Helpdesk, choose "Get Support" >> "Contact Support" -



(2). Then you will see a form. Complete the form. Please be as accurate as possible in your ticket information, as this helps us help you faster. Make sure you choose the correct Support Department, to send your ticket to. For Billing support, choose the "Billing" department etc -



(3). Once you have completed the Support ticket, click the "Submit" button, and your ticket will be dispatched to the Dotable.com staff, who will respond shortly thereafter.

(4). To see your Support tickets, you choose "Get Support" >> "Support" Desk". There you can see the status of your current tickets. You can also reopen older tickets, if you feel they need more attention from the Dotable sysadmins.[/justify]
