To upgrade or downgrade your account, please follow the following steps -
(1). Log into the Dotable Client Portal and submit a ticket into the "Billing" section. (2). Then simply request that you'd like to upgrade or downgrade your account accordingly. Please note - If you have paid using the 3mth, 6mth or 12mth payment terms, and you wish to upgrade your account, we can sort that out on the helpdesk, as there might need to be adjustments made to your billing etc. For example, if you purchased Plan 3, and you paid yearly, but you now want to upgrade to Plan 4 and pay yearly, then we will calculate the difference and issue a one off invoice etc. We understand that having 3mth, 6mth and 12mth payment options, can somewhat complicate the upgrading or downgrading of your account, but we will work with you to your total satisfaction. |
