Change your credit card or contact details
(1). Access the Dotable helpdesk, with your email address on file and password. If you're having problems accessing your Billing area, see here. (2). To update your credit card information, choose "My Finance" as per -  (3). Then select "Update My CC" as per -  (4). Then add in your new CC Number, or expiry date etc. "Your Password", is the same password that you used to log into your Dotable helpdesk. Then click "Update", and your new credit card information will be updated, as per -  (5). To update your contact information, choose "My Info" >> "Update my Info", as per -  |
