The following only applies if you're paying for your Dotable account with your credit card or PayPal, and if your auto billing of your credit card failed. You can then manually pay that outstanding invoice. (1). Access the Dotable helpdesk, with your email address on file and password. If you're having problems accessing your Billing area, see here. (2). Then look for the invoice/s due in the "Total Due" line - ![]() (3). Then click on the InvNum for your outstanding invoices that have not been paid - ![]() (4). Then click the "Pay Online" button for credit card payment, or the "Pay Now!" button for a PayPal payment - ![]() For those paying with PayPal, click the "Pay Now!" button, and that will take you to your PayPal login screen. You then log into your PayPal and make that PayPal payment to pay your Dotable invoice. (5). For those paying with a credit card, add your credit card details here - ![]() (6). Click "Charge It!", and the system will let you know if your payment was successful. If you have multiple invoices due, make sure you pay them all, to avoid suspension of service. |
