Default Cancel your Dotable account

(1). Access the Dotable Client Portal, with your email address on file and password.

(2). Open a Billing ticket and request your account be cancelled. You will need to provide the last 4 digits of your credit card that we have on file for your account, for authentification purposes, when cancelling your account. We will then stop your recurring payments and delete all files from our server.

IMPORTANT: Make 100% sure that you have copies of all your files before you submit a request for us to cancel your account. As soon as you submit your request to cancel your account, we stop the recurring transactions from our billing system, and then delete your account from the server you're on.

Dotable 30 day Money Back Guarantee -

If you have purchased your Dotable account, and wish to cancel in the first 30 days, you can request a refund, when cancelling your account. If you have prepaid 3mths, 6mths or 12mths, then you will be pro-rata refunded, when you cancel. If you wish to receive a refund, you must specifically request the refund, when cancelling your Dotable account.

If you request a refund, after the billing batch has been processed, beyond the first 30 days of use, no refund will be given. You must request your refund before we process the billing batch on the 1st of each month.

Please note - Refunds are given less the transaction fees (AUS$1.00 + 5% of transaction) incurred by Dotable in processing your original payment.

No refund shall be given if we have spent time in migrating your domains over into your Dotable account. We won't spend several hours on migrating domains for you, only to have you cancel the account and request a full refund. Migrating domains is a time consuming act, and this voids any refund.
