Default [Completed] Venus server migration to CCLA colo

We are relocating the Venus server from our colo in One Wilshire Building, over to our main colo in the Carrier Central LA (CCLA) facility. Most of the Dotable servers are located in our cabinet in the CCLA facility, and we need to migrate the Venus server into this cabinet.

Identical hardware to Venus server is being racked in our CCLA cabinet now, and we will begin migrations to this server within 10 days of this announcement. It would be great if we could just unplug Venus and have it walked next door to the CCLA colo, but IPs are not transferable between the two colos, so we have to migrate accounts over to the new Venus and reIP the new server with new IPs.

Each Dotable client on the Venus server will be contacted, and a ticket opened, for this migration. If you have custom nameservers, then we will assign you new nameserver IPs, for you to change at your register.

If you're not contacted in the next 10 days, this means the email contact information we have for your account is out of date, so please open a ticket on the Dotable helpdesk and request your account be migrated to the new Venus.

Many thanks.
