In around 2 hours from this post, we need to take the pluto server offline and upgrade the hard drive firmware in each hard drive.

This is due to a bug within the RAID series Western Digital hard drives, causing the 3ware Raid cards to drop hard drives from arrays.

The estimated time to complete the procedure is 30 minutes.

I'll post further details as we progress with this.
