I'd been a customer for exactly 5 hours when Earth went down. But the information on this downtime was so quick that it told me even more than the ultraquick reaction to my order this morning which pleased me much. I read a lot of good things about your company on webhostingtalk, which is the reason I came to you.

Presently my webhoster is a company which is very good, much better than you are, in public relations and the announcement of all sorts of fancy software that never comes off the ground and boggles down their systems. I get the impression that you concentrate on webhosting. I like that. Let the customers do the public relations.
