I do know this, which is why I'd be prepared to pay more.

There is a reuptable aussie hosting company who does reseller accounts as follows: 1gb space + 20gb bw = $30/mo..... 2gb + 40gb = $45/mo etc etc....

I'd be willing to pay more than that if Dotable provided something similar.
