Does CCLA not have an announcement page or forum somewhere where they post updates to such problems?

Does CCLA have a network uptime guarantee for its colo clients?

Please grant Sumith access to post in the Network forum. Surely he must be responsible enough to have such access. As you mention above, announcements have to be sent to our clients too. It helps when we have an announcement from Dotable as quickly as possible.
