the customer support and sales man for Dotable.
He does the help desk etc.
The server admins look after his servers 24/7 for excellent uptimes ! as well as Aussie Bob keeping an eye on them from Australia
I'd imagine like all other business, that when Dotable client base grows, so will the Dotable Support Staff !
