ofcourse, I dont suppose this can be free anyway. It can also be optional add-on for resellers if they want. So lets say, a Reseller can pay $ xx for one year of free support directly to their clients.

And resellers can either provide their own support or sort of "outsource" it to dotable.

How about that?
