If you want any php work doing then I definitely recommend MarkB.
I sent Mark 2 briefs with a very tight deadline and with no prior notice of the jobs or what they involved at all.
He produced a perfect result, exact to every word of the brief in super quick time and even went the extra mile of making the design easy to edit (for a php dummy like myself).
Am I happy? - extremely!
Is my client happy? - over the moon!
