Then in that case when you edited the DNS, did you keep the box all the way at the bottom of the DNS entries checked? That is required to be checked when mail is coming from another server before it gets to the main server. That would be why when editing your DNS it broke everything, either that box was un-checked or editing your DNS removed the domain from accepting mail from the server.
We have full access to the filtering service and can add\remove domains. The problem that you had was not with the service but with the way cPanel handles mail by default.
And for the record, the issue Kurt had is resolved.
