Hi Kurt,

Sorry to hear of your problems - from my personal experience, I would give up on Mailfiltering.com; it works well to reduce spam but we're offered no control of the service. Also, if you happen to change any DNS records via WHM, it breaks the mailfiltering. I went through all accounts reducing the TTL to ease a transfer away from Dotable - all my accounts email then simply stopped working. It wasn't til I removed reference to mailfiltering.com and went back to the server handling mail that it worked again... And support didn't seem to have a clue what was happening.

A good idea very badly implemented!
