Pretty much this, except that I do use dual booting for Windows to play Steam games (TF2 and CS), otherwise the Windows partition is empty.
I got my first Mac, a Macbook Pro, last week and transitioned in a day and haven't touched my old Dell since.
Like Waldo said, going to Mac's has left me in the dark a little about the best applications for some tasks but it's also quite refreshing. I haven't felt this excited about new applications in years, how sad is that?
