Server has been rebooted. I asked for a physical inspection of the cabinet, and somehow the server's power cord was loose. It was plugged back in and secured, and it's now humming along nicely.
Sorry for our lateness too. Both Steve and I were out of the office and our remote reboot was not working for the Dotable techs. They then contacted me and I requested the physical inspection at the colo.
