Default The host 'mail.domainname.com.au' could not be found.

Hello,

I have a customer that from time to time gets the following error in checking his emails:
Quote:
The host 'mail.domainname.com.au' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
Account: 'mail.domainname.com.au', Server: 'mail.domainname.com.au', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
Now since this has only started to happen around the time of the server move, I have double/trippled checked the DNS settings etc.
Checked DNSreport.
Checked telnet.
All is good.

Even gave him this great link which explains in detail, how to check via Telnet that if all is good, plus to make sure his settings are good.

He says this only happens on & off.
Would you think maybe a Propagation issue maybe with a ISP or something ?

Just getting some thoughts of others.
Would be appreciated !
