Bob, you seem to have removed:

from your post. Anyway I asked support to move me to Defiant and they replied that I gotta have my own backup but my understanding is that when you said you cannot migrate files it was because Enterprise was down. Since it is now up, migration should be easy, right? Hosts even do it from ex-host's server. In your case it's between your own two servers. Please clarify.
