Totally lost
Hello. I sent a mail to the sales department asking advice on a plan. I was sent an immediate computer generated reply with a link to a ticket number. When the link is clicked, it takes you to a page requiring Log In details ... mail a/c and password. No password was given in the computer generated reply ... just the ticket number. So, I figured I needed to join these forums to set a password. That's a good trick in itself ... trying to join these forums ... there is no "Register" button on the page ... you just have to find the registration console using blind luck. Anyway ... the password for these forums will still not allow login to see the ticket. Can someone please steer me to where I can establish this required password. Any help would be appreciated.
