I don't want to be a smartazz but.... remember the last time Jupiter needed a reboot and the remote reboot didn't work? First they couldn't find Jupiter because it was labelled wrong. Then you/Bob still couldn't reboot remotely. Did the colo techs ever make sure the remote boot thingy was changed/fixed??
