I thought I would place some public praise here for the team at Dotable.
We are a webhosting provider with about 60 clients, and use the dotable Reseller plan.
I have had about 3 prior resellers, and all of them were terrible.
(Downtime, slow support etc).
Finally, I had stumbled across dotable, and I must admit, I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the level of service from Bob and the team.
The uptime has been 100% over the past 3 months, support emails are responded to quickly, and problems are resolved in a flash.
I will certainly be staying with dotable.
